      1. Officially in a hiring freeze
      2. Current recruitments should be ok - going forward will need President's approval

      1. Institutional Assessment Subcommittee (IASC)
        1. Members conduct institutional assessment
        2. CNSM rep is Houng Wei, Tsai (Biology)
      2. Program Assessment Subcommittee (PASC)
        1. Members provide support to individual colleges and conduct annual assessment and periodic program reviews
        2. CNSM rep is Vas Narayanaswami (Chemistry and Biochemistry)
    3. Program review:
      1. Continuous process focused on helping students meet learning outcomes through curricular planning, documenting success, and sustaining resource needs
      2. Happens every 7 years
      3. Units provide annual reports to Academic Affairs
      4. Includes assessment of PLOs + brief summary of progress made towards stated MOU
    4. Nuventive to be fully implemented Fall 2025
      1. Alignment of PLOs with Institutional Outcomes
    5. Support
      1. Program Assessment Subcommittee (PASC) supports faculty in completing report and analyzing results
      2. Coordinator of Program Review and Assessment (CPR&A) provides support to PASC + providing feedback
