- Budget AVP now has a May 15, 2022 deadline; will work with payroll to include our May payroll into the system.
- Roughly $1.7 million left to spend on laboratory conversions, tech classrooms, summer session, etc.
- Some items are no longer available for lab and class conversion; ATS has initiated change orders for those items.
- Get any hiring plans for Winter Break to Henry as soon as possible.

- Commencement Awards will be called for earlier than usual in Spring 2022 semester.

- Departments should provide one standout so that the college has 6 to choose from.

- Proposed 5 & 0 schedule for student-facing staff at the start of the semester (1/18/22 – 2/4/22) to accommodate increased student presence. Potentially scale back to 4 & 1 as we determine operational need.

- Managing increased flow of students with FAQ handouts to keep crowds moving.
