Council of Department Chairs

- Announcements

- Payroll does not mail checks anymore (for people who do not have direct deposit)
- People who do not use direct deposit need to pick up physical checks from the cashier’s office
- Payroll is also not printing paystubs
- Must use SSO website to see and print your paystubs and W2s
- Department spending spreadsheets have been shared with department chairs and coordinators, so you can see an up-to-date balance anytime on share drive
- New university hospitality guidelines say self-catering (delivery) is OK for up to 49 participants
- Any event with more than 50 participants must use catering, or someone picks up the food (rather than using delivery)
- CSU AND UAW (Unit 11-TA/GA/ISA) REACH TENTATIVE AGREEMENT ON TWO-YEAR SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT
- The California State University (CSU) and the Statewide University Police Association (SUPA) reached a tentative agreement
