- Need a report on anyone who is taken to the hospital from campus
- Additionally, if you know that they are in the hospital (even if not from campus), you need to let us know.
- If you contact the safety office about an incident, that will work, but best practice is to CC the Dean when contacting safety about a report that includes someone going to the hospital.

- Personal Holidays
- Personal holidays are decided upon in advance by mutual agreement. This is different from faculty just telling you they want to take a personal holiday a day or two (or even a week or two) in advance. If someone needs to see the doctor or take care of a family member, they should take a sick day.

- CNSM Graduate Programs
- Challenges:
- One of the smallest grad programs (but one of the best for completion)
- Time to complete/attrition rate looks bad
- Science & Math Ed - system doesn't distinguish between Post Bac and Graduate - they have to hand-write reports
- Money is a barrier to timely completion
- Is shifting Green Funds an option? DoD to check
- Opportunities:
- Increase capacity for growing enrollment
- Decreases time to graduation by adding more options for culminating activities
- Not two new programs - just a new pathway that connects two existing programs
- Merging an existing BS and MS program into a single pathway
- Undergrads can double count up to 12 courses towards both
- Pays undergrad tuition for courses until units needed for bac degree are met
- Avoids the $75 fee on the normal application website
- Adds higher value to their degree, higher chance of timely graduation, higher-level engaged research and more productivity
- Minimum eligibility
- Matriculated undergraduate/completed 60 unites/enrolled in 12 discipline-specific units
- Met major-specific requirements
- 2.5 GPA minimum (although individual programs can require higher)
- Individual programs need to create an internal application and review committee to decide deadlines and procedures
- Make a roadmap, prepare application form, consider advising model and capacity, and input information into Curriculog by the fall deadline
