  2. Approve minutes from March 26 – Approved as amended

  4. Announcements
    1. Operations
      1. ASM interviews
        1. 2 slots for this Thursday (4/11/24)
        2. Margaret Karteron to send out schedule of interviews to chairs
        3. These interviews have no set questions – good opportunity to explain your role with relation to the ASM
      2. Academic Senate Elections stalled due to insufficient nominations
        1. Currently have 2 openings, only 1 nominee
        2. Margaret Karteron to send list of important open positions we need nominations for
    2. Budget (time permitting)
      1. Hoping to have additional funds for FSG's
      2. As of March 31, CSUEU staff and Unit 11 TA/ISA/GA received the 5% GSI effective 07/01/23.
    3. Dean (time permitting)
      1. RSCA
        1. 2-5 people un-funded (marginally higher than we have had in the past)
        2. Separate funding this year for FSGs and Assigned Time
      2. Minimum Teaching Load Policy
        1. College Council made very small changes
        2. Voting next CDC meeting (4/16/24)
      3. New Hires
        1. Signed in Science Education and Math Education
        2. Verbal offer in Chemistry
  5. Associate Deans (time permitting)
    1. Academic Programs
      1. Fully online CSU questions - We're waiting on more information before sending feedback
        1. What is going to happen with combo courses (online lecture but in-person support class)
        2. How will students transfer credit
    2. Research
      1. Teams Voice Migration
        1. Byron Jackson from Division of IT will come to answer questions from chairs (date TBD)
        2. Will be asking for in-person
        3. Someone from CNSM Tech Friendly will also attend
        4. May need to buy headsets for offices with multiple people
        5. This is NOT the staff training
    3. Graduate Programs
      1. Decisions have been made for Graduate Equity Fellowship, but not announced yet due to FASFA delays
      2. Guaranteed 1, possibly 2
