- Fall 2023 Scheduling is currently in Phase I (large lecture allocations).
- List of smaller allocation rooms provided by the university.
- Must prioritize our smaller sections.
- Departments have access to edit the CNSM allocation rooms from now until January 4, 2023.
- The college needs to maximize the use of our allocated rooms.
- PH1 is going to be unavailable for 2024 and we must prepare for that.

- Department Chair sabbatical impact statements are due to InterFolio by Monday, 11/14 at the latest.

- Campus EHS is catching up on new employee safety training (all hires since 2020 will receive a notice to complete safety training).
- You can only use Firefox or Chrome browsers for EHS training.
- Make sure all Student Assistant appointments are up to date and cleared appropriately
- Minimum wage will rise to $15.50 on January 1, 2023.
- One month grace period to adjust pay rates; after that month the adjustment is limited to 5% when a student has worked for one Academic Year or 280 hours.

- Be aware of substitute pay and absence policies.
- Faculty/Lecturer/TA taking Personal Holiday must be mutually agreed by Chair/Dean and Employee.
