- Don’t foresee any issues with Non-HEERF money carryover
- Faculty stipend for FY 20/21 and retroactive GSI and SSI (07/01/22) have been processed.

- Rehearsal is Friday, May 13
- 9:30 AM: Department Chairs will meet at Home Plate Gate
- 10:00 AM: Members of the Platform Party walk through processional and seating on platform
- 11:00 AM : Faculty Marshals walk through graduate line up in Tunnel A and processional and seating.
- Designated small stage for each department in front of the stadium.

- Line Up
- Line up/Processional will be through Tunnel A.

- Platform Party will be entering from the dugout.
- Plan to arrive at noon or earlier on May 17th to accommodate traffic, parking, or regalia issues.

- Staff Attending Commencement
- Any staff who volunteered to work at Commencement will have it treated as a regular work day. If staff only want to attend Commencement and not work, they will need to take a vacation day.

- Please notify Henry and the Dean if Staff request work location changes to be sure It is all being handled fairly.
- Summer Staffing –
- Expectation: As of Aug. 1 staff will be expected to be on campus daily (5 days per week).
- Before approving requests from staff, please check with dean’s office.
- Summer IT will start on daily campus June 1.
- Donor Student Research Funds
- Proposal: Use these instead of scholarships so that the funds don’t affect financial aid.
- Course Completion numbers in RTP & Lecturer Evaluations
- College RTP document states that people should weigh in on course completion rates alongside SPOT numbers.
- Class cancellation reminder
- Be careful of class cancellations and how it will affect enrollment/registration.
- Notify the Dean’s Office of strategic cancellations and reasoning.
- Wait lists reminder
- Work to get us down to the campus standard of 4% waitlists, at most.
- New Institutional Outcomes
- Much like old, but we’ve added a 6th on student well-being/mental health, promoting economic social and environmental sustainability.
- ATS is opening a Metatorium in the old Beach Hut location

- Extended hours but not 24/7 for finals (M. - TH.: 7:00 AM - 2:00 AM, F.: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat.: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
