- Reminder to purchase parking permits for return to campus.

- Operations Update
- Commencement was a huge success.
- CNSM had the largest faculty turnout.
- Working to get award recipient certificates out over the next few weeks. Please direct recipient questions to Margaret or Lane.
- Scholarships are wrapping up.
- All scholarships are being processed and will not have schedule implications.

- First round of freshmen registration is at around 136
- 90% are enrolled in at least 1 unit for the Fall
- 80% are enrolled in 12 unites for the Fall
- July 16 is the deadline for ALEKS for both math and chemistry.

- July 26 – August 3: Freshmen Registration Days
- August 6: Tentative Make-Up Registration Day

- Pre-screen requirement was not removed for employers. Employees must still fill out the pre-screen requirement when coming to campus.

- Total allocation went up by almost $200,000.

- Likely to be used to give $5,000 summer stipend and a smaller stipend in the Fall for all of the additional work done by chairs.
- Roughly $10,000 (chair fraction is 1; roughly $6,000 if the chair fraction is less) funding for associate chair.

- Proposal: Use the Professional Development Around Research funds for fixing equipment that did not get funded.
- Get estimates for equipment replacement or repair to Barbara as soon as possible.
- Remember that equipment damage must be COVID related.
- Discussion: Technical (HyFlex) Classroom Funds
- May have difficulty getting to all 15 classrooms in the allotted time period; will prioritize highest needs for each department.
- Some money may be left on the table due to time constraints, college plans to ask if we can move leftover money from classroom conversion to equipment repair.
