- Tenure Density of Departments
- Tenured-Probationary/#FTES

- Tenured-Probationary/#Grad Students
- % of class sections taught by Tenured-Probationary Faculty, Lecturers, TAs
- Service Courses and whether taught by TT faculty.
- Numerical representation and the student experience. Example: research classes taught by T/Prob faculty; LD classes also benefit from research active faculty.
- All are asked to remember that the dean needs to be able to make solid arguments for why we need to keep 120 tenured faculty lines (CNSM has one of the higher T/Prob faculty density at CSULB).
- Important aspects – even though we do not yet have a mission and vision given, what are some of the places that we feel it is important to address?
- Long-range planning – many departments have a 5-year plan. Should the college also create a 5-year hiring plan? Do we share each other's five-year plans?
- Other items?
- New Business (None).
