- 698 grade policy - Cormack will not change RP to grades until the thesis is cleared.
- "Requests for exception" is now an online Docusign process.
- Changes in grad advisors - Lora Stevens will step down after of Fall 2019. Xuhui Li is now the Math Ed advisor. Michael Schram will step down as chemistry advisor beginning August 2020.
- Grad advisors retreat was held Apr 26. Jeff Klaus and reps from BMAC all shared available student services, and folks from CLA/CED in higher ed facilitated an activity/discussion around equity. Babette will send ppts once they are sent to her.

- Microbiology Building clean out is happening. Send completed Property Survey forms to Taylor for equipment removal.
- Academic Programs
- Safari changes feedback - Aug 19-20, three options, feedback to Kris by this Friday (May 3)
- Articulate 360 feedback - please check it out and get back to Kris by this Friday (May 3)
- NSCI 190A staffing - We need more instructors.
- Fall 2019 enrollment planning - near goal for FTF and above target for transfers.
- College Major Assessment software (csulb.mymajors.com) - Used at UCLA, we want to use it for students who are switching out of CNSM. Perhaps we can use it before students come to SOAR. Give feedback to Kris by this Friday (May 3).

- Pos. Descriptions, Committees, Qualifications, etc. - New templates are available at the university level. It would be nice to have templates that are specific to our college.
