Project Resilience
Project Resilience at California State University, Long Beach, is a transformative initiative developed as an outcome of the AANAPISI (Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions) grant awarded in 2021. We are funded by the US Department of Education AANAPISI Award #P382B210042. We are one of eight federally designated Minority-Serving Institutions (MSI) programs, which was established by Congress in 2007 as part of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act. Project Resilience is a program at CSULB to support our AAPI students by improving retention and graduation rates while focusing on holistically increasing mental health and wellness.
