Wellness Hub

Welcome to the Project Resilience Wellness Hub! Our goal is to provide comprehensive resources and support tailored to the unique needs of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI), first-generation, and low-income students at CSULB.

At the Wellness Hub, we believe that wellness is a holistic journey that touches every part of your life. We’re here to guide you with culturally competent resources designed to help you thrive. From stress management techniques and mental health services to community-building opportunities and academic support, our resources are crafted to address the specific challenges faced by AANHPI students and empower you to succeed.
