Faculty & Staff Development
Project Resilience provides collaborative workshops and training for faculty and staff to support AAPI students better. The faculty and staff workshops integrate AANHPI diversities, mental care support, and post-graduation preparation while providing techniques to prioritize students’ wellness and mental health in an integrative and holistic way.
- Workshops: Conducted information sessions on culturally responsive practices, aimed at enhancing understanding and support for AAPI students.
- Development Programs: Focused on promoting inclusivity, mental health awareness, and wellness among faculty and staff.
- Events: Included guest speakers, interactive activities, and discussions to address the diverse educational experiences of Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi student populations.
Our Fall '24 Faculty and Staff Events:
Project Resilience invites faculty and staff interested in learning from current and former Asian American Pacific Islander campus leaders about their pathway to leadership and experiencing as administrators. The Rising to Lead workshop will include a panel discussion and networking opportunity for participants. The in-person event will take place on Thursday, October 24th from 12-13:30pm at the Anatol Center Room 119. Lunch will be provided and along with a small stipend for those who complete the evaluation survey.

Thank you for attending our Political Community Tour of Orange County's Little Saigon. This tour is in collaboration with VietRISE. The event included discussions with local leaders, visits to key community sites, and networking opportunities to foster civic participation.
