Submit Official Transcripts

Submit official transcripts to the university by the application deadline. You are required to submit one set of official transcripts from the college/university where you earned your Bachelor's and Master's Degree and all post-baccalaureate or extension coursework. Please find below specific instructions for submitting official transcripts for:

  1. Domestic Colleges and Universities
  2. Foreign Colleges and Universities

 

Please submit one set of official transcripts from the college/university where you earned your Bachelor's and Master's Degree. This includes bachelor’s degree(s) coursework, Master’s degree(s) coursework, and all post-baccalaureate or extension coursework. Only one set of official transcripts is required per institution, and they must be submitted to Enrollment Services.

Submit official transcripts to Enrollment Services either (1) electronically or (2) mail.

  1. Official transcripts may be submitted electronically directly from a U.S. college or university to ES-IDPTrans@csulb.edu.
  2. Official transcripts may be submitted—directly from the university or by the applicant as long as they are in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution—to the address below:

If you received a degree from CSULB you will not need to provide official transcripts. After you submit your complete application, Enrollment Services will notify you if any official transcripts are needed from CSULB.

Please do not send originals or copies of transcripts to the College of Education Educational Leadership Office

NOTE: It is critical that you submit your Cal State Apply application and official transcripts prior to the application deadline. This will allow the Educational Leadership staff to access your transcripts as part of the review of your program application.

Both international applicants (F1 or J1 visa) and domestic applicants with foreign coursework need to submit official transcripts to the Center for International Education. For steps on submitting these documents, please visit the Center for International Education website. The steps listed for international applicants also apply for domestic applicants with foreign coursework.
