International Applicants
We encourage international applicants to consider our graduate degrees. Please note the application deadlines for F1 and J1 visa students for the Educational Leadership Doctorate program:
- Fall 2024 consideration: January 15, 2024
In addition to the requirements for international applicants, please also be sure to submit the required Program Materials in MyCED:
- Documents – Statement of Purpose, Resume, Writing Sample
- Recommendations (3)

Domestic applicants with foreign coursework and/or a degree from an institution outside of the United States, have additional requirements for admission including but not limited to:
- English Language Requirement (for applicants with a foreign degree)
- All transcripts/individual mark sheets from all institutions attended (see CIE website for details on what is needed)
Please refer to the Center for International Education website for specific details on meeting these requirements. The steps listed for international applicants also apply for domestic applicants with foreign coursework. We strongly recommend that you complete your application at least 4 weeks before the deadline to allow time for the Evaluators in International Admission to evaluate your records.
