Report a Security Incident
Any employee who believes that a collection of related activities or events provides evidence that confidential information could have been acquired by an unauthorized person is responsible for notifying their appropriate administrator, the Vice President & CIO, Division of Information Technology, and the Information Security Officer (ISO). After business hours, notification of a security incident should be made to the University Police Department 562.985.4101. Generally, unauthorized acquisition of information is the result of lost or stolen electronic equipment or hacking of a campus computer system.
