We are now providing services in-person and on telehealth and abide by safety protocols in office to ensure the health of our staff and clients. When you arrive to our office, we will check your temperature before entering our waiting room. We ask that masks are worn while inside the office. If you have been sick or exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.
Telehealth is the process of receiving mental health services via online video conferencing. The LBTRC currenlty uses Zoom software. Zoom can be downloaded free of cost at zoom.us
Yes, we validate parking for clients. Please feel free to contact our office to find out how to park on campus using our validation process.
Therapy sessions are typically from 50 minutes to 90 minutes. Case managements sessions are 30 to 60 minutes.

Please bring a photo ID and any documented information related to the trauma or crime (police reports, CalVCP application, etc.) that you feel may help us to better provide services.
