Scholarships
For the 2024-2025 academic year, economics students received a total of $11,000 from department scholarships. We thank our supportive alumni and faculty for recognizing these deserving students’ merit. The department typically offers scholarships for majors and minors once a year. Economics scholarship applications are accepted February through March the year prior to the scholarship award. Each year, scholarship criteria and amounts will be posted on the university’s Beach Scholarship application system.
Economics scholarship applications for 2023-2024 Department of Economics Scholarship are accepted February through March the year prior to the scholarship award, recipients will be announced in April. Regret notifications will be announced in May.
