National Cyber Security Awareness Month Coming Up

Dear Colleagues, 

October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month. The goal of this month is to increase awareness about cyber security and show our campus community how to better protect our mobile devices, computers, and private information. We want to make information security everyone’s business.

To mark National Cyber Security Awareness Month, we will send a series of messages during the month of October that feature the following topics:

  • Good Computer Security Habits 
  • Phishing 
  • Ransomware 
  • Tips for Complying with Export Control Regulations
