Dear Faculty, Students, and Staff,
We would like to remind our campus community that during the period of the alternative method of instruction, our campus Technology Help Desk (THD) continues to provide technology support services to our students, faculty, and staff. We can be reached by:

Live technology support by phone is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After-hours BeachBoard support is available by pressing “0” when reaching our helpdesk voicemail greeting. We monitor technology service requests via email throughout the day and after hours.
