EDWeek! 2022

Students, staff, and faculty from across campus are invited to attend our EdWeek 2022 events April 4-9, right after Spring Break. In collaboration with the CSULB Career Development Center, the CED EdWeek planning team has organized an incredible line up of events to showcase the field of Education. This year, we are offering some career preparation sessions in addition to special sessions focused on important contemporary topics in education and mental health. Some of the special presentations include:  CED alumni presentations, Mental Health Awareness and Trauma (Long Beach Trauma Center), Men in Education (COESA organized), Current Perspectives on International Education, and a Deliberative Dialogues Event on Teaching about Race and Racism during a time of censorship and political backlash. The week culminates in the in-person Educator Job Fair on Friday, April 8 and Math for Educators at The Beach on Saturday, April 9.
