Bilingual Education Appointment for Dr. Fay Shin

Dr. Fay Shin, Department Chair, Teacher Education has been appointed to serve on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Bilingual Authorization Standards Work Group as the California State University representative. Through this work, Dr. Shin will help propel research and best practices in bilingual education. Together with the group, Dr. Shin will identify the needed skills, knowledge, and abilities required for the Bilingual Authorization Standards.
