Mission Statement
University Outreach & School Relations facilitates access to and promotes awareness of undergraduate academic offerings at CSULB to K-12 and community college students, educational counselors, and community organization partners.
We are committed to encouraging and supporting the academic and college readiness of a diverse pool of applicants and strive to serve the campus community in providing various avenues to highlight, advertise, promote and publicize policies, programs and services to the public.

UOSR Overview
The Office of University Outreach & School Relations (UOSR) is primarily responsible for:
- Guest Relations and Campus Tours
- Updating high school and community college personnel on key dates, policies and requirements
- Implementing programs and services to promote the academic success of targeted student populations, including underrepresented, low-income and first-generation applicants
- Providing information about educational opportunities for elementary and middle school students
