Emerging Leaders Certificate Program
As part of the Lois J. Swanson Leadership Resource Center (LRC), the purpose of the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program is to introduce leadership development topics to CSULB students through interactive workshops and experiences. The Emerging Leaders Certificate Program is open to all enrolled CSULB students.
The first step to enroll into the Emerging Leaders Certificate program is to complete our online interest form.
Once your online interest form has been received, you will recieve an email with details to complete the online application and orientation process.
Applications are accepted throughout the Fall and Spring Semesters.
To complete or graduate from the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program, students must complete the following items:
- Complete the online application and orientation process
- Select and complete 5 Emerging Leaders Certificate Program Workshops
- 5 Hours of Community Service pre-approved by the Leadership Resource Center staff
- Note that the Emerging Leaders Certificate program requirements do not overlap with the Leadership Academy requirements
