Science Education on Location at the City of STEM Science Festival

With help from graduate and undergraduate students from the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the Science Learning Center joined hundreds of other community organizations and industry partners from across southern California to celebrate science, technology, engineering and math at the Los Angeles Maker Faire and City of STEM on Saturday April 6, 2024.

CSULB students, including graduate students from the Department of Science Education, developed and led several hands-on activities for local youth and families to help increase awareness of science and engineering in our everyday lives.
