Brian Baghai

Brian Baghai, J.D., is an attorney with 15 years of legal experience.  He currently works as Trial Counsel at the State Bar of California’s Office of Chief Trial Counsel, which investigates and prosecutes California attorneys charged with professional ethics violations.  Prior to that, Mr. Baghai worked in private practice, representing individuals applying for Social Security disability benefits. Mr. Baghai obtained his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law and Society at the University of California, Irvine.
