Zeina Hawkinson

My name is Zeina Hawkinson, I have a Ph.D. and Master’s in Public Administration from USC, a master’s degree in healthcare administration from American University of Beirut. I have worked in the healthcare industry for almost three decades in managed care organizations specializing in informatics, project management, and finance.  

My most recent position was Senior Manager at Kaiser Permanente Patient Financial Service department, where I led major initiatives with IT to implement system enhancements to the Electronic Medical Record billing system (Epic Resolute) to improve operations and meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, previous experiences at Kaiser Permanente, included managing a team of data integration analysts to map data between source and target, profile and analyze data, research data lineage, and produce data integration requirements and specifications.
