Who Should Apply

Full-time faculty at the Associate or Full Professor level or Administrator MPP (Level I, II, III) staff members are encouraged to apply. Strongest candidates for the program are mid-career or senior level members of the university community who are motivated to broaden their leadership knowledge, skills, and dispositions.

Fellows must attend bi-weekly seminars on Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Seminars will be held on the following dates:

  • December 6 (In-person)
  • January 31 (In-person)
  • February 14 (Online)
  • February 28 (In-person)
  • March 14 (Online)
  • April 11 (In-person)

  • May 9 (In-person)

How to Apply:

  1. Obtain a letter of recommendation from a colleague or supervisor who can attest to your qualifications for the Leadership Fellows Program. 
  2. Complete the Essay Questionnaire
  3. Complete the Leadership Fellows Program Application
  4. You will be asked to upload your letter of recommendation, CV/Resume and essay questionnaire to the application.
