Full-time faculty at the Associate or Full Professor level or Administrator MPP (Level I, II, III) staff members are encouraged to apply. The strongest candidates for the program are mid-career or senior-level members of the university community who are motivated to broaden their leadership knowledge, skills, and dispositions.
Fellows are supported by their unit or division. Other than their time commitment to the program, there is no cost to individual fellows.
Fellows are expected to attend all seminars and events. Throughout the first year, applicants must be available to attend bi-weekly Friday seminars from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Seminars will be held on the following dates:

- March 14 (Online)

There will be additional seminars and project meetings throughout the second year of the program, dates and times to be determined.
- Obtain a letter of recommendation describing your qualifications for the Leadership Fellows Program.
- Complete the Essay Questionnaire.
- Update your curriculum vitae or resume, if necessary.
- Complete the Leadership Fellows Program Application. You will be asked to upload your letter of recommendation, CV/Resume and essay questionnaire to the application.
