Bonnie Truong, MSHCA, PMP, CLSSBB

Bonnie Truong is a consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where she leads key quality and performance improvement initiatives. She has held various clinical and operational roles at community hospitals, outpatient clinics, and non-profit organizations for the last decade helping underserved and diverse populations. In addition to her experience in health care delivery settings, she has also conducted biopsychosocial research funded by the National Institutes of Health and worked in medical manufacturing.

Education and Certifications

Ms. Truong earned her Master of Science in Health Care Administration at California State University Long Beach and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Chapman University. She is a certified project management professional and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
