Cindy Gotz, DHSc, MPH
Cindy Gotz is currently the Director of Business Operations with MemorialCare’s Todd Cancer Institute. She is responsible for the front-end revenue cycle encompassing Registration, Scheduling, and Financial Navigation for the adult oncology program. A certified MemorialCare Lean Leader, she is passionate about providing a high-quality experience for all patients.
In addition to her hospital duties, Dr. Gotz is an adjunct faculty in Health Care Administration at California State University, Long Beach, teaching the undergraduate and graduate internship/field placement courses, focused on professionalism and workplace readiness, and the project course for the Accelerated Master of Science in Health Care Administration, guiding students in the creation of a business plan as their culminating deliverable, demonstrating mastery of program competencies.
Dr. Gotz completed her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies at CSU Dominguez Hills and she holds a master’s degree in Public Health and graduate certificate in Health Care Administration from CSULB. In December 2014, she completed her doctorate in health science with a concentration in organizational leadership at A.T. Still University.

Her research interests focus on the quality of life, survivorship care, psychosocial support, and education for cancer patients and survivors.
