Meet the Team
The METRIC team comprises of four discipline faculty mentors, one research director, and one career development coordinator.
Faculty Mentors
The faculty mentors' primary responsibilities are to:
- Recruit METRIC students in Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Geology, Mathematics, and Physics.
- Suggest and organize events.
- Guide and support METRIC students in reaching their highest scholastic potentials.
- Act as a bridge between university/academic resources and the METRIC students.
- Facilitate METRIC students in making critical decisions whenever needed.

Career Development Coordinator
The career development coordinator's primary responsibilities are to:
- Work with the Career Development Center to identify relevant events for METRIC students.
- Connect with local schools/agencies to identify opportunities for service learning.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations.
- Provide additional individual mentorship for all METRIC students with mid and end of the semester check-ins.
