Parkside Dining
*Residents must un-enroll from the Green Beach To-Go Program at the end of the semester. From Dec 4th - Dec 18th, all three residential dining locations will collect Green Beach To-Go items. Please return all Green Beach To-Go Boxes, Cups & Tokens to the front checker stand with your Beach ID to close your account. Any accounts remaining open after Dec.18 will be charged a fee of $8.00. Disposable To-Go items will be available for take-out.
During the Fall and Spring semesters, the Parkside Dining Hall provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Friday. Brunch and dinner are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays. Please refer to the hours of operations and menus for details.

Our award-winning Executive Chef and our Registered Dietitian have teamed up with the residential management team to create menus that meet your needs. These menus are based on a 5-week cycle and are complimented with a daily themed hot-food bar, a deli bar, and an extensive salad bar. Fresh fruit, homemade soups, and desserts baked daily are just a few of the special amenities you will find daily. For those residents with food allergies, we have identified the eight most common food allergens on our menu cycle. Check out our menus on our Residential Dining Menu page.
