Friday, 11/22 lunch  (11 am - 1:30 pm) will be the last meal service before fall break. All dining halls are closed 11/28 - 11/30 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. All dining halls will resume normal business hours on Monday, 12/2. Please visit Where to Eat page for fall break hours.

Living away from home can be tough.  But good food can make it much better! Our dining team has developed creative, nutritious menus for our student residents and also organizes special celebrations, pop-ups, themed meals, and other events throughout the year.

Beach Shops operates two on-campus Residential Dining Halls, Parkside & Hillside, and Beachside Dining Hall located just a few miles from CSULB.  Each facility has similar menus that are based on a 5-week cycle and are complimented with an “all-you-care-to-eat” hot-food bar, deli and salad bar, fresh fruit, soups, and desserts.

We value our employees and invest in their training and development. Our employees are Serv-Safe certified and receive continuous professional culinary training.
