Transfer Student Data

Data about California State University, Long Beach students that have previously attended a postsecondary institution at the same level and may transfer with or without credit.

These reports can be viewed by Within University or College, College at entry and Demographic Characteristics at entry (Sex, Pell Eligibility, Minority Status, First-Generation Status, Race/Ethnicity and SB 1440 Status).

Transfer Fall Cohort tracking of Graduation, Persistence and Retention viewable by Within University or Within College and one through eight years. A student that starts and graduates within the same College is counted as ‘Within College’ where students that start and end in different Colleges is counted as ‘Within University’.

Transfer Fall Cohort and College of Entry tracking of Graduation, Persistence and Retention viewable by Within University or Within College and one through eight years. A student that starts and graduates within the same College is counted as ‘Within College’ where students that start and end in different Colleges is counted as ‘Within University’.

Transfer Fall Cohort and College of Entry tracking of Graduation, Persistence and Retention viewable by Within University or Within College, one through eight years and Demographic Characteristics. A student that starts and graduates within the same College is counted as ‘Within College’ where students that start and end in different Colleges is counted as ‘Within University’. Demographic Characteristics are of comprised Sex, Pell Eligibility, Minority Status, First-Generation Status, Race/Ethnicity and SB1440 Status at time of entry.
