David Keele

David Keele, CPA is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Veterans Administration’s Desert Pacific Healthcare Network which is comprised of eight health care systems and 65 community clinics serving 1.5 million veterans in Arizona, New Mexico and Southern California.  David recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Long Beach Veterans Hospital.  Prior to that, David served twenty years on active duty as a Marine Corps Officer.  David is also a Lecturer in the Department of Health Care Administration at Long Beach State University.  He has a B.S. from Iowa State University and an MS in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
