Student Administration System Training
Training is required before access can be granted to certain Student Administration system processes. Before registering for training, you will need to follow the instructions to request access on the Student Administration System Access page. After your forms are processed, you may register for user training.
You will be approved or declined for training based on the information you provided on the PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization form and if the training is appropriate to perform your job duties.

How to Register for a Course
You may have received an email notification regarding recommended or required training for a specific course. Review available dates and times of the courses by selecting either Scheduled Courses by List View or Scheduled Courses by Calendar View.
Select the recommended or required course and select the “Sign Up” link to register for the course. Complete the enrollment form, verifying the accuracy of all fields prior to selecting the “Enroll” button. You will receive an email confirmation.
If the scheduled days and times are not convenient or there are no sessions scheduled for the desired course, please review the Course Catalog. Select the desired course and select the “Express Interest” link. You will be notified by email of the next available sessions.

Prerequisites:
- PeopleSoft Student Administration System Security Authorization and Student Administration Confidentiality/Security Agreement forms must be on file in Enrollment Services.
- Must demonstrate competency in web navigation.
Course Information:
This course is for Advisors and Department Administration who have approved security to frequently access student information vital to assessment and advisement. Attendees will be introduced to the Advisor Center component. Particular focus will be on the Academic Requirement report, Advisor Notes, What-If Reports, Timely Graduation Summary, Unofficial Transcripts, and Course History. This course will also cover the entering of Advisor Requests, and an introduction to CS Link Reports.
In addition, will also cover the processing of Advisor Requests, and an introduction to CS Link Reports.

This course is for end-users who are authorized to issue permission during the self-service registration process.

This class includes hands-on training on issuing student specific permissions in the Student Administration system.

Course Information:
This course is for end users who are authorized to maintain service indicators (holds).
Course Description:
This class will include hands-on training on how to place a negative service indicator (hold) and how to release a negative service indicator.
