Bridget Rogala
Bridget Rogala, MPH, MCHES has served as a lecturer in the Department of Health Science since 2009. Additionally, she has worked in the field of HIV prevention since 2001; and has extensive experience in substance use treatment; co-occurring mental health disorders; trauma-informed systems of care; and HIV/STD/hepatitis risk reduction. Bridget has served as Project Director of three Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-Center for Substance Abuse Treatment grants; as well as work on other federally-funded grants including National Cancer Institute, National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities, and National Institute on Drug Abuse. All projects have focused on under-resourced/vulnerable populations and the reduction of health disparities. Her passion and focus as an educator are to provide students with impactful learning experiences driven by diverse perspectives, social justice, and equity.
