Kim Kaiser
Dr. Kim Kaiser has been a lecturer in the CSULB Department of Health Care Administration since 2010. She currently serves as Regional Quality Administrator for Kaiser Permanente, Southern California. Previously, she served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine, a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of LaVerne and an Educational Doctorate degree in organizational leadership from the University of LaVerne.
Dr. Kaiser teaches HCA 530 Strategic Planning and Marketing in Healthcare and HCA 505 Organization and Systems in Healthcare.
