Deborah Ludke
Deborah Ludke is the National Operations Officer for Advanced Fellowships and Professional Development within the Veterans Health Administration’s Office of Academic Affiliations. In this role, Ms. Ludke administratively oversees all aspects of a national portfolio emphasizing the development of research, scholarship, clinical and leadership skills for budding physicians, dentists, nurses and associated health professionals in areas which are critical to the health of our Nation’s Veterans.
Her career with the Veterans Health Administration has included administrative leadership roles in the areas of education, research and blood/organ/tissue donation at the local, regional and national levels. Ms. Ludke is a 2021 graduate of Leadership VA.
Ms. Ludke holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University (CSULB), Long Beach. Additionally, she served as a past president of the Health Care Administration Alumni Network (HCAAN) at CSULB.
Ms. Ludke teaches HCA 480 & HCA 481 Internship and Careers in Health Care Administration.
