Paul LeBaron

Paul is a 30-year veteran of the law enforcement profession, currently serving as the Chief of Police for the Hermosa Beach Police Department. His law enforcement experience includes Chief of Staff to the Chief of Police, Port Operations, Patrol, Detectives, Field Training, Bicycle Patrol, Vice Investigations, Internal Affairs, Media Relations and Narcotics. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree from CSULB in Communication Studies. He earned his master’s degree from American Military University in Management and Organizational Leadership. He holds a graduate certificate in criminal justice from the University of Virginia.
