City of LA unveils Plan for advancing age-inclusive employment practices

The City of Los Angeles unveils the AdvantAGE LA Plan and leads the nation in championing opportunities for older workers and advancing age-inclusive employment practices. Older workers make up 20% of Los Angeles' workforce. Unfortunately, over half of those aged 50 and above face involuntary job separation and encounter ageism and discrimination in their search for new employment. The Plan provides a blueprint to support the employment, retention, and advancement of Older Workers across the region!
