Pre-SPOT Script

Class time will be provided for completion of the SPOT survey. For this course [state the name and course prefix and number, e.g., Happiness in Nursing, NURS 440], we will do the evaluations in class on [state the date you have chosen]. Please be sure to bring your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other electronic device with you on that day.

Instructions on completing SPOT will be given the day of administration. If you miss class on that day, the link for SPOT will be active for three weeks beginning April 19^th, and you can complete the evaluation on your own within that timeframe. You can access your SPOT link through MY CSULB survey’s on your BeachBoard homepage. In addition, an email will be sent to your CSULB email address on April 19^th, and a reminder email will be sent every 7 days until SPOT has been completed or has closed.

So, remember to bring your electronic device to class on [date above] for the in-class completion of course evaluations.
