Changes to Kanopy and Streaming Media

Faculty members, if you require films on the Kanopy platform for your curriculum, please check to ensure the films are still available. To control our streaming costs, Kanopy will only play films for which the library has purchased a license. If there is a film you need for a course that is unavailable, please fill out the Kanopy Recommended for Purchase form (see below) and include the course title and number. If we are able to fulfill your request, it may take up to 24 hours before the film is available to view.

The University Library provides access to thousands of films through various additional streaming platforms. Many of our streaming services provide a changing selection of items and we recommend that faculty check availability each semester if you plan to use specific titles in class. Faculty can also place specific items on eReserves, allowing students to find them easier.
