Theatre Faculty Publish Industry-Leading Books

Theatre Arts faculty members Ezra LeBank, Andrea Caban, and Hugh O'Gorman recently published industry-leading books in their respective fields.

Professor and Chair Ezra LeBank published Clowns, 2nd edition. Clowns: In Conversation is a groundbreaking collection of interviews expanded in this second edition to include over 30 of the greatest clowns on earth. In discussion with clown aficionados Ezra LeBank and David Bridel, these legends of comedy reveal the origins, inspirations, techniques, and philosophies that underpin their remarkable odysseys.

Professor Andrea Caban, Head of Voice and Speech, published two works: Experiencing Speech: A Skills-Based, Panlingual Approach to Actor Training; and Experiencing Accents: A Knight-Thompson Speechwork Guide for Acting in Accent.

Professor Hugh O'Gorman, Head of Acting, published Acting Action: A Primer for Actors.
