Facilities Management

Facilities Management responsibilities include maintaining building and parking facilities for the Research Foundation. Attention continues to be directed toward upgrading and enhancing the infrastructure of the Research Foundation building in order to maintain a high-quality environment for our employees and tenants.

Building Hours

We are open Monday- Fridays, 8AM-5PM. Saturdays and Sundays are closed. After hours building access is only available by key card access.

Parking Lot Information

Daily parking rate for all visitors is $12.00 per day paid in advance, subject to availability.

The Research Foundation parking lot is located one block west of Palo Verde at 6300 State University Drive. A parking attendant is generally on duty from 7:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Thursday and Friday from 7:30AM-3:30PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Research Foundation employees and building tenants may purchase a parking permit and keycard at the Research Foundation Cashier's window located in Brotman Hall, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on a semester or annual basis. CSULB Faculty, Staff and Student Assistants not working in the Research Foundation building may purchase semester parking permits if space is available.

The parking lot is accessible after hours with a keycard or prepayment of the daily parking rate which is $12.00. The after-hours payment machine will accept Visa, Master Card, and Tap Pay.
