Check out the Requirements and Process:

 

  • What item(s) are you interested in purchasing?
  • What are the quantities for each item?
  • When do you need the items to come in? Is there an event date?
  • Is there a specific logo you were interested in using?
    • If so, please attach a .jpeg or pdf file with the artwork, or print the artwork and bring it to Lily Lopez in the Beach Shop office (located in the Bookstore clothing department)
    • Did you want the artwork in more than one location? If so, please specify

  • Vendor will be contacted regarding special order (item information, quantity, printing)
  • Quote will be created, and emailed to you for approval
  • Once approved, the vendor will be contacted to mock up artwork
  • Artwork will be emailed to you for approval
  • Once approved, items will go into production
  • We will contact you once the order arrives, to arrange payment and delivery
