Professor discusses possible U.S. Supreme Court decision on religious charter schools

William Jeynes, a professor in the College of Education at Cal State Long Beach, was on a panel discussion about religious charter schools recorded by the online journal, Education Next. Jeynes said the court will likely find religious charter schools constitutional although the ruling could be narrow in scope.
