CSULB housing expert explains how social housing works

Miguel Fernandez, a lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Cal State Long Beach, spoke with Spectrum News1 about the way "social housing," may be used to help provide affordable housing. Fernandez said social housing is a term used whenever public resources are used to help house those typically considered as the working poor.
