Graduate student's research sheds light on optimal ocean conditions for white shark nurseries

Emily Spurgeon, a graduate student at Cal State Long Beach, was interviewed by Forbes magazine about a research study she led about juvenile white shark nurseries off the California coast. Chris Lowe, director of the Shark Lab, said the study to understand the environmental conditions necessary for shark nurseries was one of the largest of its kind.
